refunds, returns, or replacements may be provided.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Damaged or leaked products
- Expired products delivered
- Poor-quality fresh produce
- Order cancelled but payment deducted
- Delivery not completed
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable
unless damaged or defective:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods after acceptance
- Products without original packaging
- Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
3. Time Limit for Complaints
Customers must report issues within:
- 24 hours for grocery and food items
- 48 hours for packaged or non-perishable items
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Open the Pujan Sathi app
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order
- Tap "Report Issue / Request Refund"
- Upload photos if required
Our support team will review the request
within 2–5 business days.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Estimated Timelines:
- UPI: 2–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund to wallet or bank account
6. Order Cancellation
